How can I check my coverage?

Very easy! Use our contact form and let us know your address as complete as possible. If you prefer, you can send us the coordinates of Google Maps.

Can I change my internet package?

You can increase and decrease your speed at no extra cost.

How can I check my Internet speed?

To check the actual speed of your internet service, it’s best to connect a
computer to your router using an Ethernet cable.

How do I change my WiFi name and password?

Just tell us the Wifi network name and password you want to use and we will change it for you.

How long does it take the technician to install my service?

We’re fast! Within a maximum of 4 business days, we will call you to make an
appointment with the technician.

What equipment do you need to install?

A small panel aerial or dish is installed on a bracket on the outside of your property. A cable will then be installed from this to wherever you would like the router installed.

Can I pause my service?

Yes you can in ‘month’ blocks.
